Over 3,000,000 Canadian youth are at risk of devloping depression. You can help change that by joining Mat's Ride, a journey to raise awareness and generate a deeper understanding of mental health and youth depression.

Proceeds from this motor rally event will support CMHA-Calgary Region's Youth Education Program

Don't forget that all the pledgeds raised for the event will help support the Canadian Mental Health Association - Calgary Region's Youth Education Programs. By the request of school's CNHA Youth Presenters go into the schools in Calgary and the surrounding area, and help teach our youth about Depression, Mental Health and where to go for help.
